RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FOR PATH TO POWDER WOMEN'S SKI AND SNOWBOARD TRIPS BY SHRED LIFE TRAVEL, LLC.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! BY SIGNING, YOU WAIVE LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR INJURY, DEATH, OR LOSS. THIS AGREEMENT BINDS YOU AND YOUR HEIRS.

I, the undersigned (at least 21 years old), voluntarily participate in the Path to Powder trips (the "Trips") organized by Shred Life Travel, LLC (the "Company"). The Trips are peer-to-peer experiences for women, providing shared lodging and such other services as detailed in the specific Trip itinerary on the Company's website (e.g., shredlifetravel.com/womens-ski-and-snowboard-trips). No coaching, lessons, guiding, lift tickets, rentals, flights, or airport transfers are included. All mountain activities (skiing, snowboarding, skating, biking, etc.) are optional and at my own risk.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks:

I acknowledge inherent risks in the Trips, including but not limited to: skiing/snowboarding falls, collisions with others or objects, terrain hazards (cliffs, rocks, tree wells), weather extremes (avalanches, blizzards, hypothermia), weather-related road or resort closures, lack of snow, or operational shutdowns, equipment failure, transportation accidents (if any), food allergies or illnesses (if meals provided), shared space slips or falls, delays, wildlife encounters, or medical issues in remote areas with limited access to care. These may cause injury, death, property damage, or loss.

I am physically fit and agree to disclose any medical conditions or allergies at time of booking. I understand that it is my responsibility to secure my own health, evacuation, and trip insurance if I choose to carry it, and I acknowledge that Shred Life Travel, LLC does not provide any such coverage on my behalf. I ASSUME ALL RISKS, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE.

Release of Liability and Waiver:

In consideration for participating, I RELEASE the Company, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, assigns, third-party suppliers, vendors, and any other parties involved in or referred for services related to the Trips (the "Releasees") FROM ALL LIABILITY for any injury, death, loss, expense, or damage arising from the Trips, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY DUTY. This includes no liability for any third-party vendors, rentals, demos, transportation, or other services suggested as referrals; I engage with them at my own risk.

I WAIVE ALL CLAIMS and AGREE NOT TO SUE the Releasees. The Releasees are NOT LIABLE for personal property loss, theft, damage, or destruction.

Indemnification:

I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from any claims, demands, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my actions or omissions during the Trips.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All payments, including deposits, are final and non-refundable due to limited spots and non-refundable lodging commitments. Prior to December 1, 2025, deposits may be made to reserve a spot, with final payments due on or before December 1, 2025.

Reservations made on or after December 1, 2025, must be paid in full at booking. If the balance is not paid by December 1, 2025, the reservation will be canceled, and any deposit will be issued as a credit toward a future Trip.

For participant cancellations: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the Trip start date will receive a full credit (minus any promotional discounts), which can be applied to a different Trip this season (if space allows) or carried over as a priority reservation for next season's lineup.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the Trip start date are not eligible for credit. Credits expire one year after the original Trip date. If a participant is removed due to violating Trip policies or behavior expectations, no refund or credit will be issued. Trip insurance is strongly recommended to protect against illness, injury, or other unforeseen events.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any Trip for any reason, including insufficient bookings, weather, or force majeure events, in which case a full refund will be provided. No guarantees are made regarding mountain access, activity duration, or weather conditions; interruptions do not entitle participants to refunds or compensation. No other refunds or credits will be issued for participant no-shows, early departures, or unused services.

Additional Terms:

Participation is voluntary; No oral promises or representations have been made apart from this Agreement.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

My electronic signature is the legal equivalent of a manual signature and is fully binding.
