WHO CAN JOIN?
These trips are strictly for women, ages 21+.
Path to Powder is a small-group, women-only experience built around shared rooms, shared space, and shared energy.
It’s an intentionally created space for women to connect, recharge, and ride in good company — no dudes, no drama.
If you’re not sure whether this trip is the right fit for you, feel free to reach out before booking.
While we respect all humankind, we appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining the comfort and intent of this space.
WHAT SKILL LEVEL DO I NEED?
Skiers & Snowboarders of All Levels Welcome.
However, each trip is designed with a specific skill level in mind to ensure the best group experience.
Please refer to the individual trip descriptions for details on the expected group level.
These are peer-based experiences with no guiding or instruction provided, and all on-mountain activities are at your own risk.
Skiing & Riding together is always optional.
LIFT TICKETS & RENTALS
Lift tickets and rental equipment are not included in your trip package.
We highly recommend purchasing a season pass or multi-day ticket as early as possible to lock in the best online pricing — these rates are almost always better than any buddy passes or “ski with a friend” discounts we can offer later.
If you need to rent ski/snowboard gear, we’re happy to help pointing you toward trusted local rental shops.
Please note:
We are not responsible for booking or managing your rental equipment or lift ticket purchases.
LODGING
Each location offers a different set up.
2025 Mammoth Trip – we will stay in a condo in the town of Mammoth Lakes, located near public transportation.
2026 Utah Trips – we will stay in a large home in Salt Lake City UT, located between the airport and the base of the canyons. This property creates easy accessibility via (Uber/Lyft) from SLC Airport to property.
2026 Vail/Beaver Creek Trips – we will stay in an all-suite condo style property in the town of Avon CO. Located near Avon Station.
MEALS
All trips offer complimentary daily hot breakfast and togo lunches.
Dinner offerings vary per trip.
*Dinners out are not included in the meal plan.
Accommodations offer kitchen amenities open for cooking or storing personal items.
Please check your specific trip for exact details on meals offered.
FOOD ALLERGIES
We do our best to accommodate everyone on the trip.
We can provide Gluten Free options and Vegetarian options on Request. These requests must be made at time of booking.
Unfortunately we can not currently accommodate Vegan options. However, we do provide transportation and access to a grocery store where you can purchase personal food items.
Heads up for those with severe food allergies:
Due to our shared common kitchen area, we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contamination.
Please reach out directly with any concerns regarding meals.
TRANSPORT
Getting There: Flights and airport transfers aren’t included, but once you’ve made it to the property, we’ve got you covered!
We can provide recommendations for ride services to get you to and from the airport.
We create What’s App trip chats to connect guests with each other prior to the trip to access and coordinate carpools.
Most trips offer Complimentary transportation to and from the mountain via private SUV or use a mix of private & public transportation depending on trip location.
CAN I BRING MY OWN VEHICLE?
Yes! You’re absolutely welcome to bring your own vehicle.
Just note that parking is limited and offered on a first come first serve basis.
Please let us know at the time of booking to reserve your spot.
Don’t need complimentary transportation? Let us know if you plan to provide your own transport, please note:
**You MUST have an AWD or 4WD Vehicle with Snow Rated Tires or Use Chains.
Important for Utah Trips:
Chains and Road Restrictions are frequently and STRICTLY enforced.
You must have one of the following to access the ski resorts:
Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive **PLUS Snow Rated Tires (Must have ❄️ insignia on tire)
Chains
Without these, you may be turned away at checkpoint stations and unable to reach the resort — so please plan accordingly.
CAN I OPT OUT OF A MOUNTAIN DAY?
Yes! Your Trip, Your Pace.
You’re absolutely welcome to opt out of any activity. While we hope you’ll join us for all the fun, we totally understand if you need a little downtime.
You’ll have full access to the accommodations throughout the trip, so feel free to relax, recharge, and enjoy the common spaces at your own pace.
If you choose to do your own thing — whether that means staying back or heading off on a solo adventure, You’ll be responsible for arranging and covering your own transportation to and from your chosen destination.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
No Animal Policy
Our trips are private group experiences held in shared homes or private condos.
Due to private house rules, shared space logistics, and full-day activities away from the property, we’re unable to accommodate pets or service animals of any kind.
Additionally, ski resorts do not permit animals on lifts or slopes, and no animals can be left unattended at the accommodations while guests are away for the day.
If you require an animal for travel or accessibility needs, we completely understand — but unfortunately these particular trips are just not a good fit. We appreciate your understanding.
No exceptions whatsoever, even if registered as service animals.

Quiet Hours 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM – We love to have a good time — but our trips are about mountain adventure, not all-night partying. To ensure everyone gets quality rest and is ready to shred, we ask all guests to respect quiet hours.
Respect Shared Space – Please store personal items in your designated room to help keep the house comfortable for everyone.
Kitchen use is open for cooking and storing personal items. Please label your personal items.
Meals included are served according to the daily schedule. We’ll take care of the prep and timing — just come hungry and on time!

Good Vibes Only – No DRAMA
While we know everyone has bad days, we ask that all guests show up with a positive attitude and a spirit of flexibility. If you’re high-maintenance or prone to complaints this might not be the right trip for you.
Let’s keep the stoke high and the vibes good for everyone!
PAYMENTS
Prior to Dec 1st 2025, deposits can be made to reserve your spot on a trip.
Final payments are due on or before December 1st 2025.
If the balance is not paid in full by December 1st 2025, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit will be issued as a credit toward a future trip.
All reservations made on or after Dec 1st 2025 must be paid in full at time of booking.
CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We totally understand that life happens — and while we wish we could offer refunds, the nature of these trips (including limited spots, non-refundable lodging, and property restrictions) means that all payments are final and non-refundable.
That said, we want you to experience an amazing trip.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date will receive a full credit, (minus any promo discounts) which can be applied to either a future Shred Life Travel adventure this season or carried over to next winter.
One of two options:
- A different trip, if space allows, or
- A priority reservation for next season’s lineup
We’ll do our best to work with you if something unexpected comes up.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip start date are not eligible for credit.
Credits Expire 1 year after original trip date.
Please note: If you are removed from a trip due to violating trip policies or behavior expectations, no refund or credit will be issued.
**Trip Insurance is Strongly Recommended
Because life is unpredictable, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment. Illness, injury, travel delays, or last-minute emergencies can happen — and insurance can help ensure you’re covered if you’re unable to attend.
Please reach out directly with Questions or if you plan to opt out of group transport.
