RULES & GUIDELINES
Guest Policy — All participants acknowledge that guests of Shred Life Travel, LLC are clients of the company. Each guest is purchasing a designated spot within a structured group vacation experience. Only registered, paying guests are permitted at the accommodations.
Exceptions apply only to pre-approved vendors or host-approved invitees.
To preserve the integrity of this private group experience, outside individuals may not join the group.
We kindly ask that any plans with friends or non trip guests be scheduled outside of trip dates so the focus remains on the shared group experience.
Non Ski-Related Activities – We are a ski & snowboard dedicated experience. Non-Ski related activities are not accommodated.
Our small group dynamic is strongest when all guests are committed to the shared group experience. We kindly ask that all guests arrive with the intent of participation in the daily itinerary and that all non-ski related activities are scheduled outside trip dates.
Mandatory Pre-Trip Video Call – A pre-trip video call is required for all guests. The call covers logistics, safety briefing, host introductions, and personal delivery of trip details (property info, schedule, check-in).
Calls are scheduled approximately (3) weeks before your trip date, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice. If you cannot attend the scheduled call, you will be offered a one-on-one with your trip host, which must be completed a minimum of ten (10) days before your trip departure.
Guests must be on video for the duration of the call. Brief technical disruptions do not constitute non-attendance; sustained off-camera participation does.
Failure to complete the call before your trip departure results in forfeiture of your spot. PER THE BOOKING TERMS, DEPOSITS AND TRIP PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
No Solicitation Policy – Guests may not solicit, promote, or sell products, services, or business opportunities to other participants without prior written consent from Shred Life Travel, LLC.
Quiet Hours 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM – We love to have a good time — but our trips are about mountain adventure, not all-night partying. To ensure everyone gets quality rest and is ready to shred, we ask all guests to respect quiet hours.
Respect Each Other – We do not tolerate any disrespectful behavior, bullying, vulgar language or physical violence directed towards any host or guest.
Respect Shared Space – Please store personal items in your designated room to help keep the house comfortable for everyone.
Kitchen use – is not open for cooking personal meals.
However you are welcome to store personal ready to eat items & drinks. Please label your personal items.
Meals included are served according to the daily schedule.
Complimentary Group Transportation is offered in our Utah location on a set schedule. It’s your responsibility to be ready at the scheduled departure times.
If you miss a ride, you’ll need to arrange and cover your own transportation.
THEFT of any kind will not be tolerated.
No Smoking – No smoking or vaping is permitted inside company vehicles or accommodations.
Alcohol – Our trips are not focused around drinking alcohol, excessive drinking or late night bar hopping is not a part of our culture. We are an athlete based, ski-first experience.
No Drugs – Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
If you’re caught violating the theft or smoking/drug policy, you’ll be asked to leave immediately without a refund and will be banned from all future trips. No exceptions.
Good Vibes Only – No DRAMA
While we know everyone has bad days, we ask that all guests show up with a positive attitude and a spirit of flexibility.
If you’re High-Maintenance or Prone to Complaints this is NOT the right trip for you.
Let’s keep the stoke high and the vibes good for everyone! ✨

All sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds are issued for any reason, including no-shows, early departures, weather, mountain conditions, unused services, or removal for policy violations.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 60 days or more, prior to the trip start date are eligible for a Cancellation Credit equal to the amount paid, minus any credits or promotional discounts applied at purchase.

Any remaining balance on a new booking must be paid in full at the time cancellation credit is applied.
Once Cancellation Credit is applied, any unused remaining balance will be forfeited.
Cancellation credits are non-transferable, cannot be split, refunded, converted to cash, or applied toward deposits or non-trip products.
Cancellation credits may be applied toward another trip in the current 2027 season, subject to availability, or toward a 2028 trip during the 14-day VIP booking window granted to returning guests before 2028 trips open to the public.
The 14-day VIP booking window provides early access to book and apply a cancellation credit toward a new purchase. It does not hold or reserve a specific trip, departure date, or room type. All bookings are first come, first served.
