Cancellation & Refund Policy

We totally understand that life happens, and while we wish we could offer refunds, the nature of these trips (including limited spots, non-refundable lodging, and property restrictions) means that all payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the trip start date will receive a full credit, (minus any promo discounts) which can be applied to either a future Shred Life Travel adventure this season or carried over to next winter.

One of two options:

  • A different trip, if space allows, or
  • A priority reservation for next season’s lineup

Cancellations made within 60 days of the trip start date are not eligible for credit.

Credits Expire 1 year after original trip date.

Please note: If you are removed from a trip due to violating trip policies or behavior expectations, no refund or credit will be issued.

**Trip Insurance is Strongly Recommended.

Because life is unpredictable, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment. Illness, injury, travel delays, or last-minute emergencies can happen and insurance can help ensure you’re covered if you’re unable to attend.
